Mates rates

Hi, I'm a staff member just done my form for my own staff account but I have been trying to get into mates rates to sort out family members- my issue is it won't let me make an account on the mates rates portal or anything like that is there a way I can get onto mates rates so I can get my family member a package?

Mates rates are done by you sending off a text message from your work number.  Unable to really help on forum but your manager, colleague or employee services will assist.
