Marketing Emails

For some reason, even though I have changed my account email address to my current one, marketing emails are still coming through to my old email address. Frustratingly, there doesn't appear to be any support for this subject in the help sections.

Thanks for that information, that's exactly what I have done. Both email addresses are the same in my sign-in and contact details. However, I'm still receiving marketing emails to my old email address. Marketing preferences are only offering me the chance to change my details if I am a mobile customer (which I am not). Otherwise, it spins me back to 'your account', and then it's groundhog day from there on.

It's possible that the change can take up  to 28 days to process, the same as opting out of marketing.

Hopefully a member of the forum team can pick this up and check/confirm.
