Managing Prefences

I too got plagued to my mobile from the 0800 number in India. I asked how to stop these and they said would change Marketing Preferences to No. However, I still want to hear about offers but ONLY by email, not by home phone, SMS or mobile. How can I do this as annoyingly it seems to be all or nothing. Anyone, including those at Virgin Media, know how to do this?

Thanks for your post on the Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with unwanted marketing calls from us. 

You are correct, we can either opt you out of marketing preferences, which includes calls, posts, texts and emails, or opt you in for all marketing preferences. We do not have an option to opt you out on some and not others.
