Why oh why does a high tech company make it almost impossible to make a simple complaint by email? Phoning and chat haven't worked and there appears to be no way to find a simple online complaint form - if it's there, then it's very well hidden. I've followed what is stated within the 'community', but had no success. Why should I have to write in and post a letter in the 21st century???
Because they don't like bothering with their customers except to take their money. Even posting a letter, unless it can frighten them with a court case, will put you through the hoops into exasperation.
