Please can somebody help. Back 20 or more years ago my mum and I were both joint on the same virgin account. When she died the account was put into my name only. However whenever I log in or try to access virgin on the go it says I am a secondary account so can't access. I have phoned virgin several times but no one has resolved the issue. Who can???
