Main account

When I sign into my virgin media account it says this is a secondary account.

How do I find my main account sign in details??

Thanks for your post and welcome to forums 🙂
To find all your account on your my virgin media here you go to :

My Profile > Manage accounts.

It will list all accounts and will say what is your primary account.

Let me know if you have any issues

Unfortunately that does not work , but thanks for your help.

That takes me to the sign in page, which I can sign in using a secondary account, but does not show me my main account sign in details.

I may try another method

Does it show just your email 

Do you have any other active email accounts?

If in general about 50 or 60 or so
