To cut a long story short, I was with VM, and then I left, a few months later I came back and I now have a new contract, when I log in to MyVM it only shows information from my previous contract and hasn't updated for the new contract.
It does say I don't have to pay until 01 January, I would be more than happy for that statement to stay if possible, I love a freebie.

I am sorry for the issue with your online login.
Can you please try using a different email? As using the email from your old account will cause this to happen.

It states I have to use the email I used when purchasing the service, and that is the same email I used in the previous contract.
