Hi,
I am currently trying to get through to Virgin's customer service team but keep failing the password request. Is it possible to arrange a reminder/reset for this?

Hi Connor,
If you don't press any buttons when prompted for the password the call will still be picked up by an agent.
They can then ask other questions to verify you as the account holder.
Have your bill handy, along with your account number and direct debit details. They should then help with your query and send out a postal reminder of your security password.
