I am trying to reset my password on my account and it says there is a problem. DEF01. Can you help please? I have tried on my laptop and i phone.

We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving this at the moment but there are a few things that you can try.

Please can you clear your browsers cache and let me know if that helps at all?
