Looking for helping signing into my account to manage my details and 
I have all my emails that show what area and account number I have but when I use them to sign into the app it states that they are incorrect. Just at a total loss at how to get into my account
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi @Alexwarnham 

The majority of accounts have 9 numbers. If your account only has 8 digits then precede it with a zero.

For example if your account number is 12345678 then try using 012345678

Hi Daniel

i tried adding the addition number and it’s still didnt work ‘we haven’t been able to find your details’ 

is there a way I can contact someone at virgin to reset my details, can provide all info for my account.
