Logging in to my virgin media

Hi after 2 weeks of not being able to register i have this morning been able to. having said that it now wont let me sign into the account. i got as far as the page for f safe etc.I picked my options and clicked continue and i was back at the loggin screen. I cant go any further. I have managed to log into the Virgin go app on  my phone but nothing else. Its really statring to bug the hell out of me now especially as i cant find out how much my first bill will be and when it will need paying. So angry i seriously am thinking of cancelling and going back to sky

Good Afternoon jackie501,

 

We have been having issues with our self-care accounts that's causing these kinds of problems for our customers.

 

Have you attempted to change the password or even attempted the forgotten password option? We've found this has been a work around for some customers

yes ive just tried both of those options and it says some information is missing or incorrect

Can you please attempt to clear your cache and cookies on your browser?
