I have been a customer for over a year now and still have not been able to log in to my virgin media account. I cannot see my bills or any information I might need to access. Every time I log in I get told my email address and details are not found on the system.
I am unaware of my area reference code as I don’t receive much letters from virgin media.
my post code is l6 8NZ.
does anyone know how I could resolve this please?
