I’m new to virgin media, they sent me a link to make a account which I did, when I was told to go to my emails to verify my account, but received no email when I went back onto it I seen that I entered my email wrong I spelt it wrong, so my question is, is there a way of resetting my account so I can put my right email in so that I can get the verification to access my account? Hope this makes sense as I have spoke to virgin media a few times and they just tell me to keep trying and don’t solve anything?
