Hi All,
Are there currently ongoing login issues? I was able to login around 2 weeks ago, but the system today decided that my usual email / password combination was incorrect.
Steps I've taken:
- I've reset my password, this was sent to my email fine and reset as expected, but still won't log in with the new password.
- Checked my email is correct.
- Tried other browsers / incognito.
- Cleared browser cache and tried again.
At this point the issue is out of my hands and needs looking at from the other side. Any idea?
This is the error I see, which isn't correct as both my email and password are absolutely correct.
