Live Chat continued failure

For the past 4 days I have been trying unsuccessfully to use the Live Chat option. I click the option via the app and on the website with no luck. Nothing happens. Can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear that the chat is not opening for you. Do you have an ad or pop up blockers installed on your browser? If so, try disabling them and seeing if the chat box opens. 

If not, can you advise what browser and device you are using?

I had ads/pop up blockers disabled but the problem continues.

Im using Safari on an iPad Air 4th Generation
