I left Virgin in July and they took a months payment from my account that I didn't owe. They now owe me. My account says I am in credit but no cheque has arrived.
How long am I supposed to wait?

My disconnection email is dated 30th of June 2022. Yes I have received a second bill for 40.00 on top of my final bill. Virgin have told me that the final bill will be refunded as it has been paid.
No word on the 40.00 for the router. I booked a collection which was confirmed then I received numerous threats about not returning my kit, they ignored the fact the kit was booked for a collection which culminated in a bill for 40.00.
They didn't turn up on the day I booked. I am now in limbo.
