Left Virgin but they owe me a refund

I left Virgin in July and they took a months payment from my account that I didn't owe. They now owe me. My account says I am in credit but no cheque has arrived.

How long am I supposed to wait?

Refunds are sent through the post approx 40 days after the disconnection.

It seems like I cannot bed rid of this company, I've left yet they still manage to cause me stress. I hope you are right and the cheque arrives on time. The modem goes back on the 1st of Sept, they are picking that up from me.

4G is what I am using now and I feel liberated to be free from the Virgin contractual straitjacket. Roll on 5G.

This will be send 40 days following disconnection as newapollo has confirmed. 

This will go to the account address unless you have given us an updated address.

This company really are terrible. Not only have they charged me for a month when I didn't use it they have now billed me for a further forty quid because I haven't returned their kit. I have already booked a date for them to collect the kit.

Completely useless.

Set the alarm to wake me at 9.00 am and I have waited in all day and guess what, the Virgin collection has not taken place. They are determined to take forty quid off me for not returning it.

I should be compensated for wasting a whole day awaiting the collection. They certainly charge the customers for anything they can possibly get away with.

Can you confirm if they have sent a conformation text that the collection was taking place today?
