Have made a few calls to look at options for my account, notably costs as there are plenty out there. The first call was in excess of what I am currently paying. The additional call today I said that I was considering leaving and the advisor who was very friendly came back with a figure that worked , started the process she entered all the relevant codes only to find that the system wouldn’t complete . As a result 30 days notice has begun. I’m currently on XL with a TiVo box 100mb bb and anytime calls , have had this for in excess of 10 years . Didn’t ultimately want to leave , I guess my question is if something is offered when they look at my account is there not an override to allow the advisor to complete rather than saying will have to start the disconnect process. No Problem in ultimately going to third arty just seems a bit backwards.
