I'm looking at leaving Virgin Media as a loyal customer for 8 or so years now, well, I want to stay, the Mrs wants to leave. Anyway, I have tried to speak to two representatives of VM but as I'm a tad hard of hearing I struggle to understand them, I've no idea where my call was routed but the accents made this a tad more troublesome.
I've seen a deal that I'd like to discuss with someone from Virgin if there is a staff member available please, preferably over chat / email if this is possible as with the right deal, I think we'll probably stay.

Existing customers can discuss their requirements with the Retentions department via the ‘thinking of leaving’ options on the phone but don’t expect anywhere near the new customer deals. These are the same people that process your cancellation.
