Issue on My Virgin Media and "Complete your profile"

I just wanted to get into My Virgin Media, why had I been asked to complete my profile thousand times. I have filled so many times, it still asked to fill it, and ofc, I receive an amount of same emails. Ye, I had tried several different browsers and clear caches as well. None of them worked. So please tell me what can I do?
