long story short im moving next monday and no matter what time of day i start a chat to sort out moving to my new property theres over an hour wait, and if you dont sit there waiting for them to check your still there waiting they end the chat...
i really want to keep my service.. so hope someone here can help sort it out or get someone to contact me but if im no nearer to it being sorted by the weekend il be cancelling and moving over to toob.

Sadly we would have to advise that we cannot assist with the moving of a service to a new address here on our Community Forums.
We would advise simply calling our team on 0345 454 1111 or 150 as soon as our team are in operation from 8am - Monday to Sunday, to avoid facing a longer wait later in the day when more customers are dialling into our teams for further assistance.
