I received an email from noreply@contactengine.com to arrange a collection of my Virgin Media kit. It had details like my name, post code and kit serial number. 

Can you confirm?

Yes, this does sound like a genuine email address from us, as we do offer to collect the equipment once a customer has left us. However, just to be sure, as email addresses can be spoofed, can you please provide a screenshot of the email address you've received? Of course, remembering to block out any person information on the email.
