Invoice is not showing the credit on my account

Dear Virgin Media team,

I was able to obtain a credit to my account (to a total of GBP25) when I purchased my home broadband. Although this is reflected in my online account, it is not reflected in my first invoice. Can you please explain how the credit will be used against my first invoice, and confirm how much i will need to pay please?

Hi there KV_Wai, 

 

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry that there has been some confusion with your credit. 

 

It sounds like the credit wasn't added in time for your first bill - as it is now showing ion your online account, this will reflect on your next bill to be produced. 

 

(You will need to pay the full amount as listed on your bill and the credit will show on your next bill)
