1 hour after my install my Hub 4 is down and the internet screen is reporting.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the Hub 4, I have checked our systems and can see the device is unreachable, have you just been installed? Was this a quick install?
Please ensure all cables are secure, is the hub light on?

Hi Zoie,
Martin (the engineer) did complete the install including installing and connecting the external cable with necessary hardware. We were running for about an hour. Then it dropped out. I have reset the fiber power supply and reset the hub. All the cables on the property are secure and have not been changed. The Hub light is red.
