Install date wrong!

Hi all, wondering whether someone can help. I received my first bill and it says install was on March 4. However, I had to have a tech out to reconnect at the box in the street which meant my services didn’t start till late on the 10th March, so effectively 11th March.

I did ask previously whether I would be billed and was assured I wouldn't be billed until services were up and running.

In very dissatisfied that I need to contact virgin to change start date. How can this be done.?
