Incorrect e-contract

I signed up for virgin broadband for the first time recently, but called customer services to alter my initial package soon after. The e-contract I have been asked to sign still has my old package details.

The technician is due to install my services next week so would like this sorted beforehand to make sure there's no setbacks.

I have spoken to customer services again today and they have confirmed my new package is on their system, but I don't want to sign the e-contract that isn't correct.

I would like to take a look at your account and confirm the package has been changed correctly.
