Hi,
In October I arranged a lower monthly payment for my package with one of your sales retention staff. The bill you've just posted doesn't show this adjustment.
Please could you address this, also there was no refund for the adjustment the previous month.

I'm sorry to hear you've received a bill that doesn't match the deal you agreed. Can you please clarify whether it was October 2022 when your package was changed?

When checking your most recent bills, is there any indication as to why any new prices aren't showing? Are you only able to see your previous package?

In October 2022 I arranged a new package deal with one of your sales retention staff. There is no indication on my October bill (already paid) or projected November bill of any adjustment.
