Incorrect billing

Why on the 16th of Feb can i still see a bill dated 21st which was due by the 6th of feb? How rubbish is the service and billing system with Virgin. Would advise anyone to avoid this company 

How can Virgin  brand can associate themselves with this level of service!

On another note ! Despite being taken payment by direct debit, when i have even been contacted by Virgin stating there was a £75 credit on my acct which i had to fight for despite stating this on the pre contract with their rep...i even sent them evidence to be told they cant see the inbox for the email address that the overseas virgin so called customer services gave.

Would never recommend this company and soon to start action against them to recover costs and compensation as legally notified on previous communications.
