I have recently moved house and will (hopefully) be set up today when our engineer comes out. I've noticed that in recent emails my account number and area ref has changed but it hasn't been reflected on my account on the website or the app. Can I get this updated?

Hey spider-boy, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you haven't got your new account details.
When you move house you will get a new account number and you will also need to make a new account online.
You will need to re-register for an account holder using this link. Thanks
