Despite NOW showing £75 credit ( proof that everything i have said was correct! and all Virgin have done is made me call numerous time as stated and typing emails) 

Why! Did u continue to take money out of my acct when there was more than enough credit.

As.stated i am now asking for CEO (Otherwise i will contact him through other contact sources to inform him of this level lof service that they are branding as 'VIRGIN')

I also want registered office address to commence further action for misrepresentation and cost associated with dealing with this matter.

The fact the credit has been applied is enough evidence to verify all matters raised and you were also advised of impending costs.
