Even now, on the revised and updated help pages, the defunct VM address in Nottingham is still showing as an address to write to in order to cancel
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/cancel-virgin-media
in the section 'Best method for cancelling your Virgin Media contract' / 'Cancel in writing'
it shows the updated Sunderland address and underneath the former Nottingham address, now closed.
Similarly, this document

linked from 'Legal Stuff' at the bottom of VM pages also shows the incorrect Nottingham address
I believe this issue was first highlighted by community member TresFrustre on 15/1/22 and I highlighted the same error on the PDF above on 17/1/22.
Coming around for two months now and the error is still showing in key documents customers will be referring to for cancellation contact info.
Have to start wondering now if this is incompetence or intentional?
