My contract is due up at the end of April however I requested an extra box in my house which created a new contract just in September. I cancelled this 24 hours later however my contract on my online account still shows it is due in September.
Surely my contract should have reverted back to April?
I had a problem with "the system" when I was given 1 month free due to the UKTV situation and the following month I was billed double and a penalty charge (which I sorted out in the end!) so I wanted to check before I call tomorrow if I am likely to be met by another advisor who relies on "the system" rather than common sense.
