Incorrect Billing while on Product Trial

Hi team,

I've discovered that following my placement on a product trial that my bill this month is incorrect, as I am being charged both a higher rate for the new product, as well as a charge for making a change to my package.

I was advised at the start of the trial that no charges would be incurred for this. If anyone is able to take a look and get in touch with the trial team to fix it would be very much appreciated.

Edit: I also think there may have been a mix up with my account not being flagged correctly for the trial, and I wasn't told the correct mailbox to contact regarding this trial, so I'm not able to talk to the trial team correctly.

To make this even more confusing, my bill for February is lower than normal, but not enough to account for the increased bill for Jan which is almost double the normal amount.

I have got no response from the trials team, and at the moment my account seems stuck in something of a limbo.

Can someone help please?

Sorry we would not be able to check billing on this forum

The best thing to do is email the Trial Teams again on 

ProductTrials@Virginmedia.co.uk
