I want to cancel my contract but the messaging system doesn't work.
It's been around 3 or 4 days now that I've been trying to cancel my contract, when I finally get an answer from someone on the team and not the Bot, It resets itself because I didn't answer instantly (I was sleeping and couldn't answer) , it has reseted itself around 5 times, I already know the bots questions by memory, Is there any way I can cancel my contract without using the message system?
Just send a text with a description of cancellation to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. I would say this is more annoying than the phone method.
If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees
