Seem to have duplicated order to add broadband to elderly dad package. Can't seem to find easy way to correct This. Couldnt locate live chat on their page...just a message that said that's the best way to contact them but without a link to that section. Any help most welcome

Have you received two separate emails advising of the orders with two different references? We've tried to locate these but have been unable to and would recommend contacting our Sales team on 0800 183 1234.
