I feel cheated by Virgin.
Both my friend that referred me and myself haven't received our £50 despite getting emails saying it would be deducted from the bill.
I have been hung up on twice when I've tried to sort this and wasted hours. Virgin customer services is awful
Please reply to me with how we can both get our £50.
We're considering leaving if this isn't sorted soon
