Hi
I'm moving to a new flat on 15/10/22 and I need to carry my VM service across with me and for there to be no break in service - I mainly work from home. I've visited the Virgin website to see how to do this but when I put my postcode in it just kept saying 'checking'. I know the flat has VM because it is almost directly opposite my current flat and when I had my viewing I saw a VM socket in living room skirting board. What do I need to do?

Hi @N-A,
Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble with sorting a move. Is it here where you're entering your new address? If so, what does it say exactly?
Thanks,

Hi
The package was delivered on Saturday afternoon and my phone & internet are both up and running. However, I don't believe I received all the necessary connections and cables and as a result I'm unable to link up my TV. Can someone help?
Kind Regards

Hi @N-A,
Thank you for the update on this. I'm really sorry to hear that you appear to be missing a cable.
Would you mind clarifying what cable it is that seems to be missing? Is it to connect it to the router? To connect it to the wall socket? The power supply unit? etc.
Thanks,
