I am trying to upgrade my broadband. I go online and after login it says to chat to someone. I click on chat and it doesn't work.
So I called, after waiting someone answered They told me to hold on and the hung up.
I want the Giga broadband and don't need phone or any major TV. I already have the unlimited O2 deal.
How can I contact someone in Virtgin media to help? As all contact avenues don't work.

They told me it maybe a good idea to review my package. So they offered me after many questions about what I require. I also told them I don't need Phone line:
- Big Perfect Package. It includes Gig1 and Hub 4. Also eligible for 3 Wifi boosters if there are coverage issues. New contract is 18 months. The price depends on your current contract. I am due for a new contract soon, so there was just a small increase to my current payment.
I recommend the whats app channel to get your deal.
