I am looking to cancel the package I ordered from Virgin Media as I was told the wrong address when moving into my flat, however, I have noticed that none of my three email addresses (that I use in everyday life) have received anything from Virgin Media, meaning I can't access my account number. I have the mobile phone messages from Virgin and my contract summary sheet but nothing else that indicates that I am a Virgin Media customer.
I need assistance urgently!

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with cancelling the package. Just to check, what type of package was it you ordered? Was this a brand new install you had ordered?
