I recently ordered virgin internet and I have received my email with my pre contract information and a separate email telling me what I have ordered and the provisional delivery date but It has nearly been a full week and passed the provisional delivery date and I have had no confirmation that the package has been despatched or when it will be delivered. I have also not received any further emails with my official contract or account number and information
