I don't know my area reference code.

Hello there. 

I'm new to Virgin Media and have been trying to sign up for my virgin media account, but I can't find my area reference code in any document, contract, or email. I have my account number but I don't know if I have to enter all the numbers including the dash (-).

Can you please help me find my area reference code (E2 8JL) and tell me what is the account number length to sign up?
