I'm a new customer, I cannot register the Vigin media, I try to use chat and phone , and they doesn't for help. Can I know another channel for help ?

Sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble trying to sign up for My Virgin Media. Just to confirm, have your services been installed? If you are a new customer and awaiting an installation, you won't be able to set up an online account until your services have been activated.
If not, can you please let us know if you're getting and error message when you try to register an account? If so, what does the error message say?
