I can't login to my webmail

I am unable to login to my webmail and get this error: DEF01

I am also unable to reset my password. Please help

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up your online account.

Can you try clearing the cache and cookies?

Can you also try a different password. No special characters, only letters and numbers, MUST begin with a letter, try keeping it between 8-10 characters.
