Can we ask if you're able to try and complete this by using another web browser and device to register?
We also recommend deleting all history, cookies and caches as this can sometimes resolve the issue.

Thank you for your help.
I have tried it on both my phone and my laptop and it is turning up the same.
I have tried to create another account and it does not let me do that. I am sincerely tired and honestly considering closing my account.
