Omg, Virgin, youve done it again!!! You've charged me £5 for Premium Netflix, that I don't even have!!! Month after month, I'm having to phone up to explain this and every month I'm told, I need to phone Netflix to cancel it - I do every time!!! They've even confirmed I don't have it!!!!!! I have the saved messages from them to prove it!!! I phoned Virgin last month, YET AGAIN and finally, they said, they have now sorted the problem and removed Netflix premium from my account!! Hooray!!!!! HOWEVER, this months bill has come and.... you guessed it - I've been charged for Premium again!!!!! This is really starting to upset and stress me out, it sounds daft, but I'm sat here in tears through frustration, it's making me ill!!! HELP!!!!!!
