Hi I am having a problem changing my password as asked, but when I click on the My Profile it has a problem and that it will be sorted soon but it has been over a month and it is still not fixed.

If you are still having this error, give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They will be able to reset the password for you and find out why this error is coming up.
