I have been trying to get my Virgin media installed for over a week and it has still not been delivered. The only customer service as appalling as Virgin Media is Yodel. It has been impossible to get any clarity from either company about when the delivery will be made. I have been stuck at home waiting and waiting and no one is giving me any guidance on when I can expect this delivery to happen. The most frustrating aspect of this is Virgin make it totally impossible to actually speak to someone. I don’t think they’ve ever had a worse experience with customer service than the service I’m getting from Virgin. HOW DO I SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING??????
