Hub 4 or Hub 5 with broadband upgrade?

I have just ordered the 1Gb upgrade from SH3, I assumed I will get the new SH5, but I have only just heard that upgrades only come with SH4. How can I confirm I will get the SH5? As usual, I can't find anyway to email, or talk to a human.

You can't. The Hub 5 is still on limited rollout and isn't standard on any tier of service yet.

Gig1 comes with a Hub 4 as standard at present.

In any case you are better off with the Hub 4.   The Hub 5 is sitill on trial and has many bugs.

HI almark, thanks for the message. The 1GB package comes with the hub 4 as standard as this can handle the speeds of 1GB. As the hub 5 is on a trial basis this is not yet available to all customers due to limited stock and we need to see how it functions. When you are eligible for the hub 5 you should receive an email to invite you to try the hub 5 ^Chris
