How to stop unneeded VAT receipts

No longer registered for VAT but the receipts keep coming. I want them stopped. No-one in accounts could tell me how, all they could do was offer different unwanted packages.

Please contact me for details of the VAT account to cancel.

Sorry to hear you have had this issue, I can certainly look at getting this cancelled off for you, in order for me to do so I will need to gather some information from you in a quick private message which I will be sending shortly.
