How to restore disconnected mobile service after 9 days unable to make or receive calls?
Can someone at Virgin please help? My mobile service was unceremoniously disconnected without any reference to me nine days ago now and I have been unable to make or receive calls. I am fully up to date with bill, as i pay by Direct Debit. I have regularly called Virgin customer service and no one is able to resolve this, and I have ended up in a mind-bending loop, repeating the problem over and over and getting no where. I have made a number of complaints, but apart from a letter to acknowledge a complaint, nothing has happened. I have just tried emailing Rachael Barrass Director of Customer Services but the email is now bouncing. I have also contacted Mr Lutz Schueler but have not had a response. I would really appreciate some help with this.
